• Only families and ladies’ family gatherings are permitted. Male-only bookings will not be accepted.
• Guests are kindly asked to leave the space clean and in good condition.
• Loud music is not allowed outdoors after midnight to maintain a serene atmosphere.
• No food or drinks are allowed inside or near the swimming pool for hygiene and safety.
• Any violation of the above policies may result in a fine or early termination of stay.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Please note: Our cleaning service begins promptly at 12:00 PM and continues until 3:30 PM to prepare for the next guest.
• Any delay in check-out may result in the cleaning team entering the chalet to begin housekeeping, as we are committed to honoring upcoming reservations.

• Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
• Bookings are made through our website, WhatsApp, or Fawran.

All bookings are non-refundable; however, the paid amount will be added to your wallet as credit, valid for future bookings within two months only, subject to availability.

• Hosting gatherings or events must be pre- approved.
